Aurecon in Melbourne is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer for the Melbourne Transport team, acting as Roads/Civil Discipline Lead on major road and transport projects across Victoria, working with project managers, design managers and technical specialists.

This role focuses on delivering road and civil infrastructure from concept through construction, coordinating with clients, contractors and stakeholders while developing innovative engineering solutions and enhancing your project delivery

Qualifications

• Degree qualification in Civil Engineering.
• Registered Professional Engineer in Victoria (RPEV).
• Approximately 7-10 years' experience delivering roads, transport or civil infrastructure projects.
• Experience working on Victorian transport and road infrastructure projects.
• Strong project delivery experience and the ability to contribute immediately within a project environment.
• Well‑developed communication and stakeholder management skills.
• A collaborative mindset and desire to continue growing your career within transport infrastructure.

Responsabilités

• Contribute to the delivery of road and civil infrastructure projects across Victoria.
• Support planning, design and delivery of transport infrastructure projects from concept through to construction.
• Work closely with multidisciplinary teams to achieve project outcomes.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors and key project stakeholders.
• Drive the development of practical and innovative engineering solutions.
• Support project delivery, commercial performance and quality outcomes.
• Contribute to client relationship development and proposal opportunities where appropriate.
• Continue building your technical, project management or design management capability as your career develops.
