Job summary

PCR Talent is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Brisbane's southern suburbs to lead a successful civil engineering team and position for future director/shareholding. This is a high-growth consultancy with a strong pipeline in land development and residential subdivisions.

You will lead design and delivery across projects from 50 to 1,000+ lots, mentor engineers, manage budgets, and build long-term client relationships while guiding the team toward potential equity participation.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in land development and residential subdivisions.
• Proven ability to lead and mentor civil engineering teams.
• Strong commercial awareness and client management skills.
• Experience delivering multi-project programs within budgets.
