Job summary

Scotford Fennessy Recruitment is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer in Brisbane to lead project delivery across subdivision, public infrastructure and urban developments. You will coordinate stakeholders, review design and contract documents, and mentor junior staff.

The role focuses on technical excellence, business development with existing partners and prospective clients, and contributing to continuous improvement within the office.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified civil engineer with CPEng/RPEQ and at least 8 years of local consultancy experience in land development and urban infrastructure.
• Strong leadership, client relationship and contract administration skills.
• Proven ability to manage designs, tenders and project delivery with awareness of authorities standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead project delivery and coordinate stakeholders for successful outcomes.
• Mentor and support junior engineers within the Brisbane office.
• Produce and review design, tender and contract documentation.
• Develop and maintain client relationships and drive business with partners.
