PCR Talent seeks a Principal Civil Engineer to lead an established civil division and shape its future direction. The role offers a pathway to a Director-level appointment and a strong focus on developing people, managing client relationships and growing a profitable, high-performing team.

The successful candidate will drive land development, residential subdivisions and urban development projects, while maintaining technical excellence and ensuring project margins align with business strategy.

What We're Looking For

Ideally, you will already be operating at Principal or senior Associate level within a respected civil engineering consultancy.

You will bring:

• Established relationships with developers, authorities and industry stakeholders.

• Sound technical knowledge of civil design, including 12D, stormwater management and associated infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and people management skills.
• A genuine ambition to progress into a Director-level role.
