Qualifikationen

• Extensive experience across land development, subdivisions and urban development.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary civil engineering teams and manage multiple projects.
• Strong commercial understanding of project margins, resource allocation and business profitability.
• Established relationships with developers, authorities and industry stakeholders.
• Sound technical knowledge of civil design, including 12D, stormwater management and associated infrastructure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and people management skills.
• A genuine ambition to progress into a Director-level role.
