What We're Looking For

Ideally, you will be an experienced Senior Civil Engineer with a strong background in Queensland land development and residential subdivisions.

Your technical capabilities should include:

• Strong 12D design experience across roads, earthworks and subdivision infrastructure.
• Experience with DRAINS and MUSIC for stormwater management and drainage design.
• Proven experience delivering residential subdivision and urban development projects.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, competing deadlines and project budgets.
• Strong leadership skills with the confidence to guide, motivate and develop engineers and designers.
• Excellent communication, client management and commercial skills.
• An understanding of project profitability, resource allocation and business development.
