Job summary

Aurecon Group in Perth is seeking a Lead Civil Engineer – Land Infrastructure to deliver complex land development and urban infrastructure projects across Western Australia. You will guide projects from concept through detailed design and construction, providing technical leadership and coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

The ideal candidate has about 10 years of civil engineering experience in WA, a Civil Engineering degree, and progress toward CPEng or Chartership, with strong skills in road

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) is required.
• Around 10 years of experience in civil engineering, with land development and urban infrastructure in WA.
• CPEng or progression towards Chartership highly regarded.
• Experience delivering residential subdivisions, road upgrades, industrial/commercial developments or urban renewal projects.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Civil 3D and/or 12d; knowledge of drainage modelling tools is advantageous.
• Strong knowledge of WA approval processes and Main Roads WA requirements.
• Excellent project management and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead delivery of land development, urban infrastructure and road projects in WA.
• Provide technical leadership from concept through construction.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and manage budgets, programs, risks.
• Ensure designs meet Main Roads WA, Austroads, and Australian Standards.
