Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering
• Proven experience planning and managing projects through all stages of delivery
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills
• Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management
• High level industry awareness and engagement
• CPEng certification desirable

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of civil engineering projects from due diligence through to construction
• Manage development applications, design coordination, and contract administration
• Build and strengthen relationships with developers, government agencies, and key stakeholders
• Support project planning and resource management to ensure successful project outcomes
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers
• Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the ongoing success of the Perth business
• Manage project risks and commercial outcomes while maintaining exceptional quality standards
