Job summary

Aurecon in Adelaide invites a Lead Land Development Civil Engineer to steer land development and civil infrastructure design across local and interstate projects. You will lead design work, review drawings, and mentor engineers while building strong client relationships with SA Water and councils.

You\'ll oversee road, drainage and water utilities design, ensure compliance with Australian standards, and collaborate with multi-disciplinary teams across SA and other states.

Qualifications

• Degree in Civil Engineering.
• Experience in land development and civil infrastructure design.
• Experience across the full project lifecycle from design to construction.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proficiency with design tools 12D and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver land development and civil infrastructure design projects.
• Oversee civil engineering designs, drawings and documentation.
• Provide technical leadership across roads, drainage, earthworks and utilities.
• Mentor junior engineers and build strong client relationships.
• Collaborate with South Australia and interstate teams.
• Ensure designs comply with standards and approvals.
