Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in civil engineering.
• Proven experience planning and managing projects through all stages.
• Demonstrated leadership and project management skills.
• Experience budgeting, commercial acumen, and risk management.
• High level industry awareness and engagement.
• CPEng certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Lead the successful delivery of civil engineering projects from due diligence through to construction.
• Manage development applications, design coordination, and contract administration.
• Build and strengthen relationships with developers, government agencies, and key stakeholders.
• Support project planning and resource management to ensure successful project outcomes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers.
• Identify opportunities for business growth and contribute to the ongoing success of the Perth business.
• Manage project risks and commercial outcomes while maintaining exceptional quality standards.
