WSP in Perth is seeking a Senior Civil Engineer with strong design experience to join our Property and Buildings group. You will scope civil works from concept through detailed design and construction support, coordinating inputs from roads, drainage, utilities and pavements while ensuring buildability, safety and lifecycle performance.

Formación

• Bachelor to Masters in Civil Engineering.
• 3–10 years in Property and Building space.
• Commercial experience in Australia on local medium/large building civil projects.
• Experience delivering multiple concurrent projects.
• Knowledge of Aus/NZ Standards and Codes (AS/NZS 3500, NCC).
• Proficiency with design software (12D, Civil 3D).
• Strong client facing and account/relationship management.
• Excellent project management and leadership.
• Chartered status with Engineers Australia or willingness to obtain.
• Desirable: DRAINS and MUSIC stormwater programmes.
• Eligibility for Australian Defence full security clearance.

Responsabilidades

• Scope and steer civil works from concept through detailed design and construction support.
• Coordinate inputs from roads, drainage, utilities and pavements.
• Ensure buildability, safety and whole‑of‑life performance.
• Serve as trusted advisor to clients and partners; facilitate workshops and de‑risk decisions.
• Mentor emerging engineers and champion digital design and quality standards.
• Lead current civil engineering projects from inception through construction.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders in a national, multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain effective client relationships and manage time/cost constraints.
