  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and civil design practices.
  • Proven experience leading technical delivery on complex projects.
  • Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, Main Roads WA standards, PTA standards and civil design practices.
  • High-level capability in relevant design software (OpenRoads or 12D).
  • Proven experience leading technical delivery on complex projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage technical risk and apply Safety in Design principles.
  • Strong client engagement skills with experience working on WA infrastructure projects.
  • A collaborative mentor who enjoys developing others and strengthening team capability.

This role is suited to a senior technical leader who enjoys being hands‑on with complex design and delivery while mentoring others and working closely with clients. You will lead the technical delivery of transport and civil projects, support project teams, and contribute to building WSP’s capability and reputation across Western Australia.
