Qualifications

• Typically 10–15 years’ experience in civil and transport engineering.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards and civil design practices.
• Proven experience leading technical delivery on complex projects.
• Strong knowledge of Australian Standards, Main Roads WA standards, PTA standards and civil design practices.
• High-level capability in relevant design software (OpenRoads or 12D).
• Proven experience leading technical delivery on complex projects.
• Demonstrated ability to manage technical risk and apply Safety in Design principles.
• Strong client engagement skills with experience working on WA infrastructure projects.
• A collaborative mentor who enjoys developing others and strengthening team capability.

You will lead the technical delivery of transport and civil projects, support project teams, and contribute to building WSP’s capability and reputation across Western Australia.
