Qualifications
- Strong experience with Cisco CUCM and UC infrastructure.
- Proven delivery of Contact Centre solutions.
- Hands-on expertise with Webex Calling and Cisco CUBE.
Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and support Cisco UC environments.
- Configure dial plans, call routing, and SIP trunks.
- Troubleshoot complex UC and contact centre issues.
- Engage stakeholders and maintain technical documentation.
