Job summary

Leaders in Sydney is seeking a Cisco Telephony & Network Engineer to design, implement, and support enterprise voice and unified communications solutions. You will drive BAU support, project delivery, and optimization of Cisco Collaboration and core network environments to ensure high-performance voice quality and reliable connectivity.

Responsibilities include deploying Cisco UC ecosystems, administering call routing and dial plans, and maintaining thorough documentation across Catalyst,

Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Cisco Collaboration platforms (CUCM, Unity Connection, UCCX/UCCE, Webex Calling)
• Strong knowledge of Cisco networking (Catalyst, VXLAN/EVPN) and wireless infrastructure
• Proven expertise managing SIP trunks, dial plans, gateways, and enterprise voice configurations
• Familiarity with Cisco licensing models and collaboration migration projects; Cisco certifications desirable

Responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and support Cisco Unified Communications and VoIP environments
• Administer Cisco voice platforms, call routing, dial plans, and system upgrades
• Monitor and troubleshoot voice quality, connectivity, and network performance issues
• Maintain telephony, call flow, and core network documentation
• Support incident management, root cause analysis, and service improvement initiatives
