Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in enterprise telephony, UC, or collaboration technologies.
• Hands-on Cisco Webex Calling experience.
• Strong Teams telephony integration knowledge.
• Experience with CUBE and vCUBE.
• Knowledge of SIP, PSTN, Direct Routing, SBCs and cloud telephony.
• Networking fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing, switching, QoS, WAN, SD-WAN, DNS, DHCP.
• Troubleshooting voice quality, call routing, latency, jitter, packet loss, incidents.
• Experience managing MSPs, carriers and telecom vendors.
• Familiarity with ITIL Incident, Problem, Change and SLAM processes.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end telephony service governance and operations.
• Lead performance, reliability, security, and continuous improvement.
• Manage MSPs, vendors and internal tech teams for cost-effective service.
• Ensure alignment with business requirements and security standards.
• Collaborate with network teams to optimize telephony quality.
