Job summary

NCS Australia, the challenger in technology services, is seeking a Senior Technical Business Analyst to drive CIAM transformation. You will bridge business requirements, solution architecture, security engineering, and delivery squads to deliver secure identity solutions.

You will lead technical elicitation and mapping of complex identity flows, work with REST APIs and modern identity standards, and translate architecture patterns into actionable user stories with acceptance criteria, supporting

Qualifications

Proven experience as a Technical Business Analyst delivering complex technical transformations with domain expertise in CIAM or IAM.
Strong understanding of CIAM concepts including Universal Login, IDV, Authentication, Authorisation, SSO, MFA and Lifecycle Management.
Hands-on experience with REST APIs, system integration, and modern identity standards (OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect, SAML).
Experience producing BRDs, API integration requirements, process/sequence models, and detailed user stories with acceptance criteria.
Experience in Agile environments using JIRA and Confluence to manage backlogs and support testing through to release.
Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation, translating technical concepts into business outcomes.

Responsibilities

Lead technical elicitation, analysis, and mapping of complex identity flows.
Translate architecture patterns into actionable user stories, sequence maps, and acceptance criteria.
Act as the bridge between business requirements, solution architecture, security engineering and delivery squads.
Actively support SIT, UAT, and technical defect resolution.
Collaborate across CIAM, Identity & Access Management, and Digital Identity domains.
