Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years' experience as a Chef de Partie or equivalent in a busy kitchen.
• Strong knife skills and understanding of Modern Australian and seasonal cooking.
• Reliable team-first attitude with drive to improve.

Responsibilities

• Run your section independently from mise en place through to service.
• Mentor and support junior chefs on your section.
• Manage stock, ordering and rotation to minimise wastage.
• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient station during service.
• Uphold food safety, hygiene and compliance at all times.
