Job summary

Infosys Consulting in Australia is seeking an experienced Organization Change Manager to lead people-centric change across large, complex transformation programs. You will partner with business leaders, sponsors, delivery teams and stakeholders to plan, communicate, and embed lasting change.

The role requires 7+ years in organisational change management, ideally in consulting, with proven success in large-scale programs, and proficiency in structured methodologies such as Prosci or ADKAR.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Organisational Change Management, preferably within a consulting environment.
• Proven experience delivering change on large-scale transformation programs.
• Strong understanding of structured change methodologies (Prosci / ADKAR, Kotter, or equivalent).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including engagement with senior executives.
• Ability to work across complex, matrixed organisations and fast-paced environments.
• Strong presentation, facilitation, and influencing skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver end-to-end change management strategies aligned with program objectives and client outcomes.
• Conduct change impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analyses.
• Develop and execute change plans covering communications, engagement, training, and adoption.
• Support transformation initiatives including technology implementations, operating model changes, and business process transformations.
• Act as a trusted advisor to senior leaders, program sponsors, and executives.
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to build alignment and commitment to change.
