Job summary

SunRice is seeking a Senior Change Manager to shape and embed change across major transformation initiatives. You will lead change strategy, stakeholder engagement and business readiness, partnering with leaders across the business to ensure adoption and lasting impact.

Starting part-time and scaling to full-time as the Transformation program develops, you’ll build playbooks, governance and practical tools to elevate change capability across SunRice’s enterprise, spanning diverse locations and

Qualifications

Experience delivering large-scale transformation programs.
Experience with ERP/SAP-enabled transformations.
Experience in FMCG, manufacturing or agribusiness environments.
PROSCI/APMG change management certification is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead enterprise-wide change strategies to support major transformation initiatives.
Uplift organisational change capability with practical tools, playbooks and governance.
Lead change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications and business readiness activities.
Partner with program and project teams to integrate change, communications, training and adoption into delivery plans.
Coach executives, people leaders and project teams to strengthen change leadership capability and stakeholder engagement.
Develop meaningful measures of readiness, adoption and change success, using insights to refine outcomes.
