IDP Education Ltd is seeking a senior transformation professional to lead change management, business readiness and adoption across Finance and regional stakeholders as part of a major Oracle Fusion transformation program. You will drive change leadership across a global organisation, connecting change outcomes to operational performance and business value.

This is a 14-month contract in Melbourne, with opportunities to influence the future operating model and ways of working across the

Competenze

• 10+ years' experience in transformation, change management or business readiness leadership.
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP, HCM or digital transformation programs.
• Strong consulting, advisory or transformation office experience.
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and executive coaching.

About You:

You bring:

• 10+ years' experience in transformation, change management or business readiness leadership
• Experience supporting large-scale ERP, HCM or digital transformation programs
• Strong consulting, advisory or transformation office experience
• Expertise in stakeholder engagement, sponsorship and executive coaching
• Ability to connect change outcomes to operational performance and business value
• Experience working across multiple regions and diverse stakeholder groups
• Oracle Fusion, Oracle Cloud, SAP, Workday or similar enterprise platform experience highly regarded
