Job summary

Verse is seeking an experienced ERP Organisational Change Management Lead to drive a large SAP transformation from Perth. You will own the OCM workstream, develop change strategies, lead stakeholder engagement, and deliver communications and training to support the Go-Live.

Collaborate with project leadership, business stakeholders and vendors to ensure adoption, readiness and ongoing change effectiveness across the program.

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience as Change Lead/Manager
• Experience leading change in ERP/technology transformations
• SAP implementation experience desirable
• Able to develop change impact assessments, communications strategies and training materials
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and ability to influence senior leaders
• Experience identifying and managing resistance, readiness and adoption risks
• Autonomous, able to manage competing priorities across multidisciplinary teams
• Mining or large-scale operations experience preferred

Job description

Lead organisational change and business readiness across a large-scale SAP transformation.

We’re looking for an experienced ERP Organisational Change Management (OCM) Lead to join a major technology transformation program, supporting the implementation and production readiness of an integrated SAP environment.

This is a Perth-based contract opportunity, working closely with project leadership, functional and technical teams, business stakeholders and external vendors to drive change adoption and ensure the organisation is prepared for successful implementation.

You’ll take ownership of the organisational change workstream, developing and executing change strategies, leading stakeholder engagement, assessing business impacts and delivering communications and training to support the transition through Go-Live and beyond.

About the Role

• Develop and execute change management strategies aligned with project objectives and business outcomes.
• Lead stakeholder engagement activities, building relationships and securing buy-in across all levels of the organisation.
• Conduct change impact assessments across stakeholders, business processes, systems and organisational structures.
• Develop and deliver communications plans to support project milestones and business readiness.
• Design and deliver training programs and materials to prepare end users for system changes.
• Assess organisational readiness, identify resistance and implement strategies to support change adoption.
• Provide ongoing coaching and support to project teams and stakeholders throughout implementation.
• Manage change risks, monitor adoption outcomes and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Oversee System Integrator delivery and performance across the OCM workstream.

About You

• You’re an experienced change management professional who can confidently lead change across complex, integrated technology programs.
• Minimum 8 years' experience as a Change Lead or Change Manager.
• Demonstrated experience leading organisational change across large-scale ERP or technology transformation projects.
• Strong understanding of SAP, with SAP implementation experience highly desirable.
• Hands-on experience developing change impact assessments, communications strategies and training materials.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication and facilitation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Experience identifying and managing change resistance, organisational readiness and adoption risks.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage competing priorities and collaborate across multidisciplinary project teams.
• Experience within mining or large-scale operational environments will be highly regarded.
