IDP Education is seeking an experienced Senior People Experience HRBP to partner with senior leaders, driving employee engagement and organisational effectiveness within a fast-paced global environment. This Melbourne-based role is for an 8-9 month fixed-term contract, offering hybrid work arrangement (3 days in office / 2 days flexible) and exposure to senior leadership.
