Westpac Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Change Manager for Customer Protection Services (CPS). You will lead change across portfolios, partnering with Product Owners, Delivery Leads, Scrum Masters and frontline teams to drive readiness and adoption in an Agile environment.

This permanent role focuses on embedding change management into squad delivery, managing dependencies, stakeholder engagement and benefits realisation, while aligning to Catalyst operating model and wider transformation

Formación

• Proven experience delivering change management in complex business, operational, or technology environments.
• Experience supporting business transformation, process improvement, automation, or technology-enabled change.
• Strong capability in change impact assessment, business readiness, and adoption planning.
• Experience across Agile, squad-based, program, or enterprise delivery environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and influencing skills, with senior leaders and frontline teams.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and delivery skills in fast-paced settings.
• Financial services experience or Prosci certification is highly regarded.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and coordinate change activities across CPS to enable adoption of new capabilities.
• Embed change management within squad delivery and ensure readiness activities are integrated.
• Identify dependencies, manage impacts, and provide guidance to leaders in a fast-paced Agile context.
