Job summary

NAB in Australia is seeking a change management professional to join a high-performing team supporting a diverse portfolio of personal banking initiatives. You will help colleagues navigate change by developing and delivering impactful change strategies, communications, learning and engagement activities.

Working with stakeholders across the business, you will embed change to deliver lasting outcomes, conduct change impact assessments and provide ready-to-use communications and training

Qualifications

• 3-7 years' experience in change management, business transformation, project delivery, communications, learning or related disciplines.
• Experience delivering change across business, operational, technology or transformation initiatives, supported by a sound understanding of change management principles and frameworks.
• Strong stakeholder engagement, relationship management and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively across cross-functional teams.
• Experience conducting change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness activities.
• Excellent communication, facilitation and presentation skills, including developing communications, learning and engagement materials.

Responsibilities

• Deliver change activities across transformation, regulatory, operational and customer-focused initiatives.
• Develop and execute change plans that support successful implementation, adoption and business outcomes.
• Partner with business leaders, project teams and stakeholders to drive readiness and embed change.
• Conduct change impact assessments, stakeholder analysis and business readiness activities.
• Create communications, learning and engagement activities that support adoption and capability uplift.
• Monitor outcomes, manage change risks and support governance, reporting and continuous improvement.
