Job summary

Unisys is seeking an experienced Organisational Change Management (OCM) Manager to lead change enablement across major transformation initiatives in Australia. You will partner with senior leaders and project teams to drive adoption, minimize resistance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

You will design and execute comprehensive change, communication, engagement, and training plans, ensuring change activities are embedded in delivery roadmaps.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Organisational Change Management, transformation, or related disciplines.
• Baseline/NV1 Security clearance is Mandatory.
• Proven experience leading change initiatives across complex organisational environments.
• Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and communication skills.
• Experience conducting impact assessments, readiness assessments, and stakeholder analysis.
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement communication, engagement, and training plans.
• Strong project management capability with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Prosci or equivalent Change Management certification is highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Lead organisational change activities across large-scale, complex transformation programs.
• Conduct organisational impact assessments and evaluate readiness for change.
• Identify, engage, and influence stakeholders to build commitment and support successful implementation.
• Develop and execute change, communication, engagement, and training strategies.
• Ensure change management activities are embedded within project and program delivery plans.
• Drive the development of communication materials, education resources, and adoption initiatives.
• Facilitate stakeholder workshops, leadership engagement sessions, and change forums.
• Monitor adoption, measure effectiveness, and recommend continuous improvement opportunities.
• Manage change risks and resistance strategies to support successful business outcomes.
