Job summary

Talent is seeking a Change and Communications Analyst to support a significant government transformation program in Bendigo. This is a 9-month initial contract offering hybrid working from home and engagement across multiple business units.

You will develop communications, training materials, and leader briefings, conduct change impact assessments, and collaborate with leaders and project teams in an Agile environment.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated experience as a Change Analyst or Communications Analyst.
• Strong experience developing and delivering change communications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments, supporting system implementations.
