Qualifications

• Degree in Early Childhood from ACECQA approved list, or Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care.
• Current Emergency First Aid in Education and Care Setting.
• ACECQA approved Anaphylaxis and emergency asthma training.
• Valid Working with Children Check.
• Accredited Child Protection Training.
• Minimum 3 years' Nominated Supervisor experience or 5 years' leadership in an Early Childhood Service.
• Proven administrative, curriculum development and staff leadership experience.
• Budget management experience for an early education service.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and management to educators and staff.
• Support educators with professional training and mentoring.
• Ensure the service maintains high quality care and education standards.
• Manage centre operations and administrative duties related to staff.
• Monitor WHS compliance and safety program.
• Oversee CCS claims and annual budget spending.
• Lead meetings, development programs and centre management.
• Collaborate with Group Operations Manager/Approved Provider.
