Lindt & Sprüngli (Australia) Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Category Manager to lead the commercialisation of the ANZ Category Growth Strategy across customers and channels. Drive innovation, influence stakeholders, and strengthen Lindt's position as a premium chocolate category leader.

You will partner with Sales, Marketing, and Retail customers to deliver category-led growth, insights-driven storytelling, and impactful engagement in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Category Management, Sales or Marketing within FMCG (fast-moving consumer goods).
• Proven track record of developing and executing category and customer growth strategies.
• Executive presence and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and customers.
• Strong data/insights use to identify opportunities and drive decisions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute category-led growth plans with Sales, Marketing and key retailers.
• Lead ANZ Category Growth Strategy end-to-end and deliver actionable insights.
• Build relationships with major retail customers and act as a category thought leader.
• Translate category data into clear, actionable growth initiatives for customers.
• Champion annual category planning and customer-specific growth initiatives.
• Leverage shopper/market insights to influence decisions and deliver results.
