Job summary

Lindt Australia is seeking a Senior Category Manager in Sydney to lead the ANZ Category Growth Strategy across customers and channels. You will work with Sales, Marketing and Commercial Finance to drive category-led growth, provide insights, and build strong customer partnerships in a premium chocolate environment.

You will champion category planning, leverage shopper insights, and present clear recommendations to influence business outcomes.

Qualifications

Significant experience in Category Management, Sales or Marketing within FMCG.
Executive presence and confidence engaging with senior stakeholders and customers.
Strong collaboration and influencing skills across cross-functional environments.
Advanced analytical and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify complex information into clear recommendations.

Responsibilities

Drive the execution of Lindt's ANZ Category Growth Strategy and identify opportunities to accelerate growth.
Lead end-to-end range, seasonal and customer review processes with insights and recommendations.
Build strong relationships with major retail customers and act as a trusted category thought leader.
Develop compelling category stories turning data into actionable growth plans.
Champion the annual category planning cycle and translate strategies into customer initiatives.
Leverage shopper, consumer and market insights to influence decisions and deliver measurable results.
