Job summary

Lindt & Sprüngli Group in Sydney, Australia, seeks a Senior Category Manager to lead the commercialisation of the ANZ category growth strategy across customers and channels. You will work with Sales, Marketing and key retailers to drive category-led growth and deliver compelling insights and growth plans.

You will collaborate cross-functionally to accelerate category growth, manage end-to-end category processes, and influence senior stakeholders with data-driven storytelling.

Qualifications

• Significant experience in Category Management, Sales or Marketing within FMCG.
• Track record of developing and executing category and customer growth strategies.
• Executive presence engaging with senior stakeholders and customers.

Responsibilities

• Lead the commercialisation of Lindt's ANZ Category Growth Strategy across customers and channels.
• Drive end-to-end range, seasonal and customer review processes with insights and recommendations.
• Build strong relationships with major retail customers and act as a trusted category thought leader.
• Develop compelling category stories turning data into actionable growth plans.
• Champion annual category planning and translate strategies into customer-specific initiatives.
• Leverage shopper, consumer and market insights to identify opportunities and deliver measurable results.
