Life at Coast Shelter
Coast Shelter is a leading Central Coast not for profit charity assisting families, adults and young people with complex issues arising from their experience of homelessness, abuse and neglect. Our organisation is driven by our mission to deliver person-centred services to people in crisis within our community experiencing homelessness or domestic and family violence.

As a Senior Case Worker, you will be part of our Youth Services team which operates 6 shelters across the Central Coast assisting young people aged 16 -24 years. The position is responsible for the coordination and day to day running of youth refuge, overseeing strength-based case management and Coast Shelter’s living skills program, to support young people’s transition to independence and stable accommodation. The position provides support to Case Workers and Support Workers, providing them with effective supervision, professional development and individual case management coaching and feedback guided by the Youth Service Manager.
