As a Case Worker Engagement and Support, you will provide short‑term, outcomes‑focused case management to children and young people presenting with low to medium complexity needs. Your work will typically involve time‑limited support (approximately 3-9 months) focused on stabilisation, engagement, and connection to appropriate services.
Working within the needs complexity matrix and service guidelines, you will assess need, identify goals and develop practical case plans that support young people to make informed decisions and build stability. Your practice will be culturally responsive, strengths‑based and trauma‑informed, promoting empowerment, autonomy, dignity and independence.
