• Experience in Community Services, preferably within the Domestic and Family Violence (DFV) sector.
• Proven ability to deliver client services with empathy and professionalism.
• Strong communication and stakeholder relationship skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day SHLV operations in Far West.
• Lead a cohesive, client-focused team delivering best practice case management.
• Develop and maintain local networks with service providers and stakeholders.
• Manage a small caseload delivering high-quality case management to women and children.
