Job summary

The Social Services Regulator is seeking a Senior Case Manager to lead the delivery of the Reportable Conduct Scheme (RCS) case management. You will handle complex allegations, assess organisational capability, and coordinate with other agencies to ensure thorough investigations and appropriate regulatory interventions.

The role requires resilience and empathy, with responsibilities including advising on complex matters and supporting Case Managers in a fast-paced regulatory environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of complex RCS cases, monitor progress, assess entity capabilities, and coordinate with other agencies as required.
• Act as the key liaison point with organisations involved in RCS investigations and build supportive relationships.
• Assist team leader and managers in implementing and reviewing internal/external policies, guidelines and procedures.
• Provide detailed, evidence-based advice and reasoned recommendations to RCS Branch Managers and SSR Executive.
• Support the team by identifying, analysing and addressing emerging risks and issues.
