The Senior Case Manager at Social Services Regulator leads the Reportable Conduct Scheme (RCS) case management, handling allegations, assessing entity capacity, monitoring investigations and recommending improvements. Reporting to a Team Leader, this role assists and advises on complex matters, supporting Case Managers and escalating issues when required in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilidades

• Managing a caseload of complex RCS cases, monitoring progress and informing relevant agencies as required.
• Acting as the key liaison with organisations involved in RCS investigations to facilitate positive outcomes.
• Assisting team leaders and managers with implementing policies and procedures to strengthen RCS functions.
