HammondCare in Sydney seeks a General Manager of Pastoral Care and Volunteer Services to lead senior pastoral and relational care for the 50,000 people served annually. You will report to the CEO and champion the organisation's Gospel-inspired mission while remaining closely connected to frontline care.

Qualificações

• Relevant theological qualifications.
• Extensive experience in pastoral care or counselling.
• Proven leadership at both operational and strategic levels.
• Strong financial and organisational management capability.

• Lead a large team of around 60 staff and 900 volunteers.
• Strengthen integration across Residential Care, Home Care, Health, Hospitals, Advisory and Partnerships.
