Job summary

The University of Western Australia (UWA) is inviting a Senior Strategic Business Officer to shape the future of its campus, estates and infrastructure. You will lead engagement with executives, staff and external partners to prioritise campus master planning and design frameworks across diverse urban-development initiatives.

Qualifications

• Degree with at least four years of subsequent relevant work experience, or extensive experience and demonstrated management expertise in a relevant field, or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training.

Responsibilities

• Lead stakeholder engagement across academic, professional and external partners to inform campus master planning, estate strategy, design frameworks and development priorities.
• Coordinate the delivery and ongoing evolution of UWA's Campus Masterplan, precinct plans, heritage and cultural heritage frameworks, public realm initiatives and place-making programs, working across multidisciplinary technical teams and stakeholders to deliver integrated planning outcomes.
• Provide strategic advice, analysis and governance support across campus development projects, ensuring alignment with sustainability, inclusivity, accessibility, urban design and institutional objectives.
