Job summary

Qualifications
- Strong understanding of the Cabinet system and government machinery.
- Proven ability to plan, coordinate and deliver projects with deadlines.
- Commitment to ethical conduct and handling of confidential information.
- Clear written and verbal communication, ability to influence outcomes.
- Ability to assess proposals and identify risks with practical solutions.
- Experience developing and delivering guidance or training.
- Comfort with using digital tools to manage workflows and records.
- Ability to build trusted relationships with senior stakeholders.
Responsibilities
- Lead areas of Cabinet operations, policy and project work.
- Coordinate proposals and meetings, review submissions.
- Deliver advice on Cabinet practice and ensure sensitive information is managed securely.
- Lead improvement projects for Cabinet processes and eCabinet use.
- Develop and deliver training for staff across government agencies.
