Job summary

Premier’s Department NSW seeks a Manager, Ministerial Executive Services within the Aboriginal Affairs group. You will lead the delivery of high-quality ministerial, executive and cabinet services, coordinating priorities and providing strategic advice to support governance and outcomes.

You will collaborate with the Deputy Secretary, senior executives and Aboriginal stakeholders to ensure voices inform advice and decision-making, while fostering a culture of resilience and strong governance.

Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Ministerial, Parliamentary and Cabinet processes.
• Ability to prepare high-quality briefs, submissions and correspondence.
• Lead Ministerial, Executive and Cabinet services with timely, high-quality advice.

Responsibilities

• Lead a small team delivering Ministerial, Executive and Cabinet services.
• Provide strategic advice, coordinate priorities and reporting.
• Build trusted relationships with the Minister's Office, executives and stakeholders.
