• Critically reviews, allocates, tracks, and monitors Parliamentary Questions.
• Administers correspondence management systems and maintains records.
• Provides guidance to ensure timely, high-quality briefings and materials.
• Reports on performance against ministerial correspondence targets.
• Develops staff capability through training on protocols and procedures.
• Maintains effective working relationships with ministerial offices and stakeholders.
