Job summary

Monadelphous is seeking a Business Systems Lead to join our Group IT team in Perth. You will lead a team responsible for supporting and improving key business systems, including ServiceNow, SharePoint Online and the Microsoft Power Platform, ensuring reliability, security and alignment with business needs.

This permanent, full‑time role offers coaching and development opportunities, strong stakeholder engagement and the chance to drive continuous improvement across enterprise applications.

What you’ll bring

• You are an experienced technology professional with a background in business applications, enterprise platforms, software development or digital solutions.
• Experience delivering and supporting enterprise applications.
• Technical credibility to provide guidance and support sound technology decisions.
• The ability to build strong relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• A practical, customer focused approach to problem solving and continuous improvement.
• Experience with ServiceNow, SharePoint Online, Microsoft Power Platform or custom application development will be highly regarded.
• Previous formal leadership experience is desirable but not essential.
