About the Role

This is an opportunity for an analytical and commercially minded professional who enjoys turning complex data into meaningful insights and influencing business outcomes.

This role is responsible for delivering operational and management reporting, analysing business performance, identifying trends, and providing actionable recommendations to stakeholders. You'll play a key role in supporting business improvement initiatives through robust data analysis and reporting.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and maintaining business performance reporting and dashboards.
• Collecting, auditing, analysing, and interpreting large data sets from multiple systems.
• Providing insights, commentary, and recommendations on business performance trends.
• Supporting compliance and regulatory reporting requirements.
• Developing and maintaining information systems and reporting processes.
• Partnering with stakeholders to identify opportunities for process improvements and data-driven solutions.
• Responding to ad hoc reporting and analytical requests across the business.
• Using contemporary reporting and visualisation tools to communicate insights effectively.

About You

We are looking for a detail-oriented analyst who enjoys solving business problems through data. You can work independently, making recommendations, and communicating business insights with clarity.

You'll bring:

• Significant experience (5 years plus) in a Business Analyst or related analytical role.
• Strong SQL and relational database skills.
• Experience working with Oracle databases and advanced Excel.
• Exposure to reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI, SAP Business Objects, or similar platforms.
• Strong analytical and statistical problem-solving capability.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
• The ability to translate data into business insights and practical recommendations.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality outcomes.
