Job summary

Infrastructure NSW is seeking a Business Support Team Leader to lead a small team and oversee administrative and workplace services across the organisation. The role also provides high level executive support to the CFOO and broader support to the Finance and Operations division.

Based in Sydney, the Clerk Grade 7/8 role offers a base salary starting at $116,981 - $129,491 plus superannuation, commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Experience leading or coordinating business support, facilities and administrative services.
• Ability to manage competing priorities and oversee multiple tasks.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and executive support experience.
• Professional communication and confidentiality skills.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Office and Outlook; familiarity with records management systems.
• Knowledge of WHS policies and legislation; First Aid certification.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the business support team to deliver reception, administrative and workplace services.
• Oversee workplace, facilities and office support services and coordinate suppliers and service providers.
• Coordinate invoice payments with required approvals, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Develop, implement and improve business support systems and processes to enhance quality and efficiency.
