Aurelia Metals Limited, based in NSW, is seeking a Senior Business Improvement Specialist to drive productivity across the Cobar Region, primarily at Peak Mine. You will develop and embed MOS, lead improvement initiatives and coach leaders to build capability across the business.

The role combines hands-on problem solving with structured data analysis to sustain improvements, aligning with Aurelia Values and a high-performance culture.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in business improvement within mining, manufacturing or heavy industry.
• Experience with structured improvement, operational excellence or management systems.
• Strong facilitation, coaching and stakeholder engagement skills.

• Strong communication skills and advanced Microsoft Office capability.

• Tertiary qualification in Commerce or Engineering.
• Lean Six Sigma certification or equivalent.

About the role

This is an opportunity to make a visible impact on how Aurelia operates.

As a Senior Business Improvement Specialist, you’ll work closely with leaders and operational teams across the Cobar Region, primarily at Peak, with support to Hera/Federation where required. You’ll be part of a team focused on improving the way we work, strengthening operational performance and building capability across the business.

With a strong focus on productivity improvement and the deployment and embedding of the Aurelia Management Operating System (MOS), this role will suit someone who enjoys working with people, solving complex operational problems and turning improvement opportunities into sustainable results.

Roster:

8/6, 12 hours per day (Dayshift only)

Peak Mine, Cobar NSW
