Queensland Public Trustee (QPT) is seeking a Senior Business Improvement Officer to lead and coordinate improvement initiatives across the organisation, delivering better outcomes for customers and stakeholders.

You will work with leaders, subject matter experts and teams to identify opportunities, apply analytical insights and drive practical, sustainable improvements that enhance service delivery. The role is permanent full-time and statewide across Queensland, performable from any QPT office.
