You will structure commercial finance solutions to help business owners launch, acquire, scale, and manage operations, while cultivating broker networks and direct client engagement.

You will deliver lending solutions, manage risk, and collaborate with product teams to support client growth, while mentoring colleagues and expanding the local market network.

Formación

• Proven track record in acquiring new-to-bank clients (outbound and broker-driven).
• Experience building and leveraging broker networks and referral circles.

• Deliver structured lending and cash flow solutions with thorough financial analysis and risk assessment.
