You will bring extensive business banking experience, strong relationship management skills, and sound financial analysis.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage relationships with existing business banking customers, identifying opportunities to grow lending, transaction banking and deposit portfolios.
• Develop new business opportunities through customer networks, referrals and target business banking segments.
• Structure tailored lending solutions that meet customer needs and align with credit policies and risk requirements.
• Proactively manage and grow a portfolio of SME and commercial customers, focusing on portfolio quality, retention and sustainable growth.
• Develop and maintain strong industry and sector knowledge to provide informed banking solutions.
• Collaborate with the broader Business Banking team to improve processes, share knowledge and enhance customer experiences.
• Contribute to team capability through coaching, knowledge sharing and support for training initiatives.
• Represent the bank at customer meetings, networking events and industry forums, ensuring all activities comply with legislation and policies.
