Cbus Super is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to support governance, policy, risk and compliance initiatives in Melbourne. You will elicit, analyse and document business requirements, rules and processes to support project delivery, working with multiple stakeholders to translate needs into actionable artefacts.

You will manage iterative document updates, ensure traceability and governance readiness, and collaborate with Project Managers, Analysts and external partners to achieve delivery

Qualifications

• Senior BA with experience in risk and compliance domains.
• Experience with CPS 230 and risk management uplift projects.
• Ability to document business requirements, processes and controls.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and governance-oriented mindset.

Responsabilités

• Deliver business analysis artefacts across the project lifecycle.
• Coordinate with Project Managers and SMEs to elicit and document requirements.
• Facilitate workshops and stakeholder sessions for elicitation and reviews.
• Maintain traceability of changes, evidence, and governance readiness.
• Build strong relationships across business, delivery, tech and external partners.
