Job summary

ASX Limited is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to support the Clearing Risk Platform. You will lead requirements, map processes and work across stakeholder groups to define As-Is and To-Be states, translating needs into epics, stories and acceptance criteria.

The role requires strong data mindset and collaboration with IT for test strategy and deployment. You will contribute to change management, training artefacts and ensuring seamless BAU integration within a hybrid Sydney environment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years dedicated business analysis experience on Agile, Lean and Waterfall projects.
• Experience gathering stakeholder needs and translating these to epics, features and user stories.
• Proficient in MS Visio and Atlassian tools (JIRA/Confluence) and SQL/Oracle queries.

Responsibilities

• Perform gap analysis for As-Is and To-Be states with stakeholders.
• Elicit, document and manage business requirements including epics, features and stories.
• Collaborate with project teams and IT to align requirements and test scenarios.
• Support change management, training artefacts and embedding BA into BAU.
