Qualifications

• Business Analysis experience, translating ideas into outcomes.
• Clear, adaptable communication and relationship-building across stakeholders.
• Ability to balance multiple initiatives and maintain a clear backlog.
• Strategic, solution-focused thinking in ambiguous settings.
• Experience with Kanban or flow-based delivery; Jira familiarity is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, aligning priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Lead explorations across multiple initiatives to identify problems and requirements.
• Own and maintain the initiative backlog for delivery teams.
• Support and mentor Delivery Business Analysts, sharing knowledge.
• Lead and evolve Business Analysis practices with high quality standards.
